Responsibilities

Cleaning Scope

• Remove debris from common areas, underground parking, and planters.
• Sweep all exterior common areas and parking spaces.
• Clean lower window mullions by wiping them down.
• Ensure cleanliness of exterior handrail glass.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior elevator surfaces.
• Tidy up around trash enclosures.
• Empty and sanitize trash cans.
• Address minor instances of graffiti.
• Promptly report any vandalism or malfunctioning lights to the Manager.
• Perform minor repairs as needed throughout the property.
• Conduct weekly steam cleaning of storefront sidewalks and trash enclosure.

Customer Service

• Welcome and greet customers in a courteous manner.
• Serve as the onsite point of contact for tenants, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
• Report any necessary information or incidents to the Management or Maintenance teams as required.
• Assist with facilitating access requests as needed.
• Enforce compliance with onsite rules and regulations, particularly among construction crews, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and cleanliness standards at all times.

Requirements:

• High-School Degree.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to partner with employees of all levels throughout the organization.
• Highly responsible, selfmotivated, and able to thrive in an energetic, fast pace, high growth, entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Strong business fluency in English required.
• Be able to work independently in a fastpaced environment.

Hourly Rate:
$21-24, commensurate with experience

Hours: 7am - 4pm Monday - Saturday
