    Job DescriptionSalary:

    Dugas & Circelli, PLLC is a boutique law firm whose principal office is in Fort Worth, Texas near TCU. Our legal practice focuses on Commercial Property Tax and First-Party Insurance litigation. We represent public colleges, large real estate investment firms, publicly traded companies and even the single property homeowner. Due to our continued success and trial verdicts, we have grown every year since starting the law firm. At this time, we are seeking an Associate Attorney for our First-Party Insurance practice.     Associate Attorney - First-Party Insurance

    We are seeking an attorney with 1-3 years of litigation experience to learn from a true litigator and Partner of the law firm. You will have a mentor and leader teaching you the tricks and trade of litigation to put you in the best position possible to succeed and become a great trial attorney.

    The hired attorney will assist our litigation team in all aspects of litigation including taking depositions, attending hearings and even trial. You will learn more as a trial attorney from our law firm than any big firm in America.

    Candidates should demonstrate:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • The ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, while complying with all deadlines
    • Proficiency in drafting pleadings, discovery, and other litigation-related documents

    Compensation and Benefits

    Compensation for the position is competitive with large law firms. If you work hard for us and give us your time and effort, you will be compensated tremendously. We also pay for health insurance, bar dues and CLE, and offer participation in our 401K.
