Local Los Angeles and Greater Los Angeles driving (90 mile radius)

Monday-Friday

Day Shift


Responsibilities of Bobtail Driver:

• Pick up and Deliver freight in a timely manner while safely operating vehicle
• Drive trucks to transport materials to specific route destinations
• Managing proof of delivery paperwork from customers.
• Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle (Pretrip and Posttrip inspections)
• Communicating with dispatch throughout the day
• Providing great customer service to existing and new customers

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid California Class C driver's license
• Minimum 2 years
  freight handling experience
• Minimum of 2 years verifiable recent truck driving experience
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years or 4 points and no major violations; DUI, reckless operation

Job Specifications:

• Must be able to sit for extend periods of time
• Must be able to get in and out of the truck multiple times a day
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds
• Must be able to know how to operate
  manual transmission:
• Must be comfortable using a work tablet
• Must be able to pass a road test and preemployment drug screen.

$ $19.00 per hour
