- Support and align new partner acquisitions.
- Ensure a smooth transition of benefits policies and HRIS during acquisitions.
- Develop strategies for benefits and pay policy migration and sunsetting.
- Manage all aspects of benefit plan administration, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
- Administer total leave programs and Life/AD&D/STD/LTD policies.
- Handle COBRA administration, life event management, and open enrollment processes.
- Strategic planning and optimization of ADP Workforce Now to meet organizational objectives.
- Onboard a high volume of new acquisitions/employees onto the ADP Workforce Now HCM.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure company compliance with laws such as EEO, Wage & Hour, and other employment regulations.
- Conduct audits, develop policies, and offer guidance on compliance matters.
- Develop and implement compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking for market alignment.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CBP).
- Prior integration experience.
- + years in benefits, payroll, HRIS, and compliance.
- Understanding of benefit plans, employment laws, and pay practices.
- Experience with ADP or similar HRIS systems.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient at establishing efficient, repeatable processes.

Position Overview:
