We, GaLaBau Fiedrich GmbH, are a medium-sized construction company located in Nauen. Since 1996, we have been completing large-scale projects throughout Berlin and Brandenburg with a team of over 75 employees.

To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a Construction Machine Operator (m/f/d) in the field of earthworks, civil engineering, and landscaping.


Your responsibilities:


  • Excavation and earthmoving
  • Installation of various bulk materials
  • Operation of modern large and small equipment
  • Restoration of paved surfaces
  • Daily maintenance and cleaning tasks

Your profile:


  • Ideally, completed training as a Construction Machine Operator (m/f/d), or several years of experience in operating machinery and equipment
  • Preferably, you have proof of operating construction equipment
  • You are accustomed to working independently and in a structured manner
  • You have technical understanding and interest in construction machinery
  • Ideally, you have previous experience in operating machinery and equipment
  • You have a valid driver's license (Class B)
