- Requirements:
- Must hold a CPA certification (bonus points for CTP accreditation).
- Minimum of three years experience in a Treasurer or CFO role within a B2B SaaS or PaaS organization during a growth phase.
- Advanced proficiency with NetSuite demonstrated through training certificates.
- Proven track record of leading a finance team consisting of at least three members.
- Prior involvement in overseeing HR systems and compensation processes.
- Experience in generating reports and carrying out analysis for a Board with backing from private equity investors.
- Knowledge of managing financial operations in offshore locations.
- Familiarity with fundraising procedures and managing relationships with financial institutions.
- Capability and willingness to acquire and uphold a security clearance.
- Positive recommendations from former employers, auditors, and supervisors.

Bulls Eye Recruiting is currently looking for a Treasurer to join a Round E start-up company supported by Private Equity. This is a completely remote position with flexibility to work from anywhere, although a preference is given to candidates based in Texas.
