Job Summary
Long Beach Firemen's Credit Union is looking for an experienced Full-Time Member Service Representative I, II, III (Teller) who can provide excellent service while cross-training in various areas of the credit union.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and payments
- Selling money orders and cashier's checks
- Opening New Accounts
- Assist members with loan requests
- Maintain and balance a cash drawer
- Answer phones
- Assist with account research and back office functions
- IRA experience is a plus
- Consumer Lending a plus
- Credit/Debit card experience is a plus
Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of 1 Year recent MSR/Teller experience with a Bank or Credit Union:
Computer skills including Microsoft WORD and Excel:
Cash handling:

Outstanding customer service skills:
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills:
Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.
