As a consultant in the ServiceNow environment

you support the introduction and configuration of ServiceNow products.
you are responsible for customizing topic-specific modules.
you are responsible for the implementation of interfaces.
you assist with projects in the area of documentation.
you present in German and English.
you conduct customer appointments.

What you bring with you

A successfully completed and subject-related qualification.
Experience in the described field of activity is desirable.
Sound knowledge of Java Script.
ITIL knowledge as well as knowledge in the Windows environment.
Enjoyment of timely implementation of varied requirements and solution- and service-oriented work.
