Summary:
We are looking for a proven Project/Construction Management professional with previous cleanroom construction expertise to support a variety of high-technology clients of ours within the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries.
This position is responsible for managing projects throughout their lifecycle from RFP/RFQ to closeout in mission critical, semiconductor, biopharmaceutical, or related Cleanroom Construction industries.
You will be responsible for supporting the cleanroom construction of both new buildings and existing structures.Roles and Responsibilities:
- Implement daily status reviews, standardized reporting on updated scope and milestone definitions, and escalation methodology all to ensure on time commitments with rapid identification of risks and recovery plans.
- Responsible for all change order review inclusive of scope, quantity verification, and plan reviews comparing bid drawings to construction drawings and enumerating the differences between the two.
- Review prints for technical content and constructability.
- Develop and oversee budgets and comprehensive schedules; estimate and implement change orders.
- Supervise and coordinate projects assuring that contractors/vendors adhere to project scope, quality standards, safety programs, and schedule.
- Experienced in all aspects of carpentry as well as drywall installation, floor tiles, walls and ceilings, cleanroom installation, and/or cabinetry work.
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant construction experience.
- Must be very detail oriented and be able to work in a team environment as well as independently with little oversight.
- Must possess the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage complex projects under aggressive timelines with a demonstrated track record of proven expertise.
- ISO/Cleanroom experience with semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or high technology experience strongly preferred.
