The position at The Corvallis Clinic is for a Custodian I

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 6:00pm - 2:30am

Compensation:
$24.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Overview:

The Custodian I role involves maintaining cleanliness in the building(s) assigned, which includes tasks like mopping, vacuuming, trash disposal, and other janitorial duties to ensure a tidy environment for patients and staff.

Main Responsibilities:

Participate in cultivating a positive work environment at The Corvallis Clinic as per the guidelines in the Service and Behavioral Standards Handbook.
Execute custodial tasks such as sanitizing restrooms, dusting, trash removal, and vacuuming.
Ensure windows, walls, shelves, counters, sinks, and other areas are kept clean.

Qualifications and Background:

Preferably three or more months of experience in a similar janitorial role.
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance.
Prior experience in Healthcare Janitorial or Environmental Services is a plus.

Skills and Knowledge:

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
Flexibility in adapting to various work schedules.
Effective collaboration with physicians, patients, and colleagues.
Proficiency in English language (both verbal and written).
Capacity to stand for prolonged periods.
