    **Sales Manager, Ovation**

Ovation utilizes a proprietary software application that facilitates the credit repair process and is integrated directly with certain credit bureaus while educating consumers on credit improvement via ongoing outreach with Ovation case advisors.     **THE POSITION**

    A Sales Manager who will be responsible for overseeing a team of Inside Sales Credit Analysts to ensure new clients are properly signed up and have realistic expectations of our credit repair programs.

    **RESPONSIBILITIES**

    Living Ovations high levels of integrity and ethics as it applies to our consumer clients

    Manage a team of Credit Analysts that contact potential clients through, but not limited to, inbound and outbound phone calls and email

    Conduct selling efforts as needed to assist with closing a new client

    Facilitate new processes, tools, communications, training and methodologies to ensure sales program's success across teams and departments throughout the company. Serve with other departmental management to facilitate relationships among members of these various departments in order to achieve the organization's goals and objectives

    Collaborate with marketing, support, internal systems, product management and account management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns and offerings

    Conduct regular direct coaching sessions with each team member and provide feedback on their progress

    Oversee team planning, reporting, incentives and communications for the assigned team

    Participate in client interactions to ensure cross-training, customer satisfaction and management involvement regularly

    Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional

    Manages and motivates staff (including: hiring, firing, performance management, and recognition duties)

    Trains, directs and appraises staff

    Plans and organizes workload and staff assignments

    Issues written and oral instructions; assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.

    **QUALIFICATIONS**

    Bachelors degree (B.A.) from a four year college or university and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

    2-5 years in a supervisory role leading a sales team

    Working knowledge of the credit repair industry

    Bilingual candidate strongly preferred

    **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS**

    We offer competitive base salary plus commission with no cap or limit on commission potential

    Our office hours are 8am-9pm, Monday-Friday and Saturday from 10am-4pm. You must be available to work between the hours of 8am and 9pm, Monday-Friday and Saturday from 10am-4pm.

    Benefits eligibility with Ovation Credit Services by Lending Tree begins on Day 1 and includes medical, dental, vision, and 401k
