This program provides reliable, accessible transportation for individuals with disabilities who are unable to use the public bus or subway system.

Our fleet of vehicles is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and safety features to ensure a comfortable and secure ride for our passengers.

The Dispatcher will be responsible for ensuring efficient and timely coordination of drivers, vehicles, and customers to provide a seamless transportation experience.

Essential Job Functions:

Coordinate and train drivers in accordance with MTA expectations
Liaison with MTA to receive Manifests on and daily basis
Work closely with MTA "Command Center" and drivers to ensure ontime arrivals
Complete incident reports for "no shows" and accidents, and submit them to MTA within 2 days of the occurrence
Speak with supervisors and customers to resolve problems
Ensure all records are up to date
Achieve designated KPIs
Must be able to work onsite, this is not a remote role
Must be able to work with or without reasonable accommodations
Other duties are assigned at any given time.

Qualifications Needed:

Basic computer skills are a must
Ability to work in fastmoving environments
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitasking skills
2 years of Experience in transportation or logistics companies
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, OneNote, Access)
Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
Spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)
