Department Manager Assembly (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Professional and disciplinary management of around 50 employees in pump assembly
Coordination and ensuring the timely and error-free assembly of our complex technical products
Continuous optimization of assembly processes and procedures in cooperation with the Technical Work Preparation and Logistics departments
Competent contact person for employees

Your profile:

Successfully completed training with further training as a master/ technician (m/f/d) or degree in the metal or electrical sector or comparable qualification
Several years of professional and managerial experience in the industry, preferably in the production of complex products with high quality standards
Knowledge of ERP systems in production (ideally SAP)
