"We are a medium-sized mechanical engineering company specializing in the construction of freezing cutters, and we are the global market leader.

Not sure what a freezing cutter is? But you certainly eat something every day that has been cut by one of our machines:
meat, fruits, vegetables, etc.

As the market leader, we offer our customers efficiency and performance at the highest level, with nearly 70 employees at our new location in Hückeswagen.

We supply the entire world and therefore, we are looking for a:


Quality Control Employee (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:


  • Creation, maintenance, and monitoring of the quality management system
  • Handling of complaints and errors for production and supplier parts
  • Continuous optimization and control of internal organization
  • Analysis of error/complaint rates and preparation of data for management
  • Conducting/leading internal quality meetings with relevant departments/employees
  • Monitoring the implementation of improvements/changes
  • Reporting of errors using internal error reports or Word, possibly with photo documentation
  • Recording of customer complaints (part acceptance and preliminary assessment including coordination with operations manager/purchasing/technical department for further actions)
  • Communication with customers or suppliers as part of the complaint management process
  • Dimensional inspections for incoming goods and internal production parts
  • Surface inspection/evaluation
  • Visual quality assessment of parts

Your qualifications:


  • Technical education in the industry, preferably in the metal sector and/or technician training or degree in mechanical engineering/Q
