We are currently seeking an Architect or Civil Engineer as a Building Expert in accordance with state building regulations (m/f/d) for our Building and Environment Office, Construction Law Department in Schwäbisch Hall-Hessental.

Your responsibilities will include:

You will be responsible for all tasks of the building expert for the lower building authority in a defined area of responsibility:
- You will process and review building applications in terms of construction and structural engineering (Building Code, Building Code Ordinance, Building Code Administrative Ordinance, Building Use Ordinance, Building Code).
- You will prepare technical opinions on development plans.
- You will advise municipalities, architects, and other designers, structural engineers, builders, and contractors on construction-related issues.
