Transaction Manager M&A (sell-side) (m/f/d) The UKA Group has almost 900 employees and is active in Europe, North and South America.
The company, founded in 1999, is one of the leading German project developers and currently has a project pipeline of around 1.2 gigawatts in the approval process in Germany for onshore wind projects.
UKA has also experienced strong growth internationally in recent years. The current project pipeline of the UKA Group for wind and solar projects now exceeds twelve gigawatts. This vacancy can potentially be filled at another location within the UKA Group in Germany.Your contribution to the energy transition:
Creating sales documents for company sales (project companies)
Negotiating sales contracts in collaboration with our internal and external legal advisors Guiding and supervising assigned teams during a transaction Conducting business project audits and negotiating them in the transaction process Commercial evaluation and assessment of purchase price offers Participation in tax structuring and optimization concepts Representing the company to business partners After-sales activities such as deadline monitoring and invoice verification Support in providing internal purchase, work, and usage contracts In addition to your energy, you bring:
Completed university degree in economics or law or comparable fields Negotiation skills and assertiveness Analytical thinking,
