Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Lead to join our team.

As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.

This is a full-time position in a warehouse setting.

Duties:

Coordinate and supervise production activities, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress
Operate power tools and hand tools to assemble and fabricate products
Train and mentor production team members on proper techniques and procedures
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
Maintain inventory levels and order necessary materials
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes Qualifications:
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role
Proficiency in operating power tools, hand tools, and forklifts
Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality work
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
