YOU
As the Literature Coordinator, this role's main function will be supporting the Literature and Training Departments.

In this role, the individual will be expected to process all literature orders, including pulling, packing, and shipping literature/merchandising material/promo orders from customers and internal sales representatives.

In addition to processing these orders, the Literature Coordinator will support in the continuous organization and clean-up of aisle A21, Dock 2, the Demo Room, the Promo Room, and Training Center.

The Literature Coordinator will assist in the on-site set-up and breakdown of events and prepare materials for off-site events.

To successfully complete and manage the mentioned tasks, this individual must possess Time Management and Organization Skills, the ability to work independently, and practice strong verbal and written communication skills, in addition to being reliable and punctual.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (% of Time)

All order requests:
Pull, pack and ship literature, merchandising material, and/or promo materials for customers and/or internal sales representatives.

Take lead on coordination and communication with Shipping, Inventory Control, Marketing, and other branches for all materials and communicate with customers on their order status.

(50%)

Organize, clean-up, manage inventory of Aisle A21 and Dock 2, the Demo Room, the Promo Room, and Training Center (25%)

Support set-up and breakdown of onsite and offsite events and general support for the training department. (10%)

Printing requests, various other requests from the Request Spreadsheet, data entry to various spreadsheets that require constant updating. (10%)

Other duties as assigned. (5%)


DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience using an ERP system and tablet (iPad)
  • Equipment: Operate forklift, reach truck, order picker, and electric pallet jack.

WORK STATUS & LOCATION
This full-time, non-exempt position is located in Riverside, CA.


RELOCATION
Relocation is not available for this position.


PAY
$ $27.12 / hour
