Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Technician (m/f/d) for the 04 postal code areas (Leipzig region) in Sylvan Lake. Ideally, the candidate will have a background as an electrician or electronics technician and will be responsible for maintaining, inspecting, and repairing drive batteries.

Your responsibilities:

• Installation and commissioning of drive batteries and charging systems
• Maintenance and repair of drive batteries, charging systems, and related peripherals
• Technical support and assistance for our customers

Your profile:

• Electrician or electronics technician (m/f/d) or other relevant field with basic knowledge of electrical engineering and a willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license (Class B)
• Enjoyment of working with customers
• Interest, motivation, and initiative
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and goal-oriented
• Desirable: MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
• Residence in the northern Lower Saxony region (Bremen & Wolfsburg/Braunschweig)
