In 12 months, you will be well supported by us and receive regular feedback to improve your skills and knowledge.

In our trainee program, you will go through various departments such as process planning, project management, or equipment engineering and get to know your future interfaces and colleagues (m/f/d).

Shape the future of Röchling Automotive / You fulfill a core promise to our customers - the consistently high quality of our products


Take responsibility / As a team member of quality planning, you ensure that potential quality and reliability risks are identified in the development and production preparation phase


Cover a wide range of tasks / You determine test procedures, suitable test tools, test frequency, tolerances and intervention limits, as well as necessary countermeasures in case of deviation, and ensure complete documentation
