    Registered Behavior Technician needed in Buffalo, New York
    ProCare Therapy is looking for an experienced RBT to add to our team for the school year If you are looking for a rewarding, school based opportunity, apply today

    • Hiring ASAP
    • $26-28+/Hour
    • Elementary caseload
    • 1:1 assignment, classroom setting
    • W2 Employment
    • Weekly direct deposit

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
    • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification
    • Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges, preferably in an educational setting
    • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting the well-being of students
