Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly
• Prepare and mix a variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks according to recipes
• Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Collect payments from customers and process transactions accurately
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service for customers seated at the bar
• Assist with catering events as needed

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming environment
• Strong knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, brewing techniques, and mixing recipes
• Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating change
• Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
• Familiarity with pointofsale (POS) systems for order processing
