    Job Description:

    Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking Retail Associate | Full Time for the beautiful new Barton Creek Resort & Spa

    Ranked among the best resorts in Texas: Top 5 Resorts in the Southwest Conde Nast Traveler and Top 5 Resorts in Texas Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards 2023

    The Retail Sales Agent will be responsible for giving the highest guest service, maintaining Cedar Soul in an appealing manner, and creating a positive atmosphere while dealing with customers and fellow associates.

    Responsibilities:
    • Utilize the Micros POS system (Sales of Merchandise)
    • Maintain working knowledge of the resort and items available to guests
    • Render professional advice, opinions, assistance, and services as required.
    • Assist in presentation of gift shop
    • Assist with any inventory counts.
    • Maintain and balance daily cash register.
    • Display conduct in an appropriate manner at all times in accordance with the Omni Hotels
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Must be able to stand and stoop for duration of a shift
    • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
    • Must be able to work weekends.
    • Knowledge of property and surrounding area
