I need to modify the sweetheart neckline of a strapless dress and add a halter-style neckline with similar chiffon fabric, or add straps. Due to breastfeeding, I cannot wear a strapless or tight-fitting bra. I also want to add a train from the waist (cutting fabric, attaching it to the seam of the waist or back, and hemming it).
