Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of our pizza store.

This is a dynamic position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new team members
• Provide training and guidance to staff members to ensure exceptional customer service
• Oversee inventory control and stock management to ensure adequate product availability
• Implement and maintain effective pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability
• Assist with budgeting and financial management, including monitoring expenses and payroll
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a management role within a pizza store or restuarant environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in inventory control and stock management techniques
• Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial analysis
• Familiarity with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment
• Strong problemsolving skills with attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay:
Up to $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
