- Calculate and enter employee hours, bonuses, commissions, and other compensation adjustments.
- Verify the accuracy of timekeeping records and resolve any discrepancies.
- Generate payroll reports for management review and accounting purposes.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and assist as needed.
- Assist in year-end payroll activities.
- Assist with school routes, ensuring safe transportation of students.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the security of payroll information.
- Proficiency in data entry, payroll software, and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
