This exciting opportunity is available at one of our renowned clients in Dresden, a company in the real estate industry, through direct placement. The position can be part-time or full-time.

Your responsibilities:
  • Independent management and maintenance of residential properties in terms of their financial, technical, and infrastructural development
  • Negotiation and conclusion of contracts for services, utilities, and insurance
  • Monitoring of financial accounting for managed properties, as well as review and allocation of invoices
  • Management of payment reminders and coordination of legal matters
  • Receiving damage reports, organizing and monitoring repair work
  • Planning and coordination of planned maintenance measures, as well as organizing their implementation
  • Preparation of regular reports and analyses according to customer requirements
Your profile:
  • Education in real estate or business administration
  • Alternatively, experience in commercial management of residential properties
  • Reliability and commitment
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
