- Collaborate with various healthcare teams

- Enhance throughput and patient satisfaction
- Review and update ERAS practices based on current literature
- Facilitate project implementation and sustainability
- Participate in ongoing performance improvement activities
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Support internal and external customers
- Engage in performance improvement activities
- Demonstrate accountability and teamwork
- Education: Bachelor's in Nursing
- Experience: 3-5 years of clinic leadership experience
- License/Certification: Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia
