    Manpower is hiring for a Customer Service Representative for a local Insurance Agency in the Huntington, WV area. This is a fantastic career opportunity for a driven professional


    Responsibilities:
    Manage customer inquiries over the phone and via email.

    Work within the computer system to maintain all records.

    Work towards insurance licensure.


    Qualifications:
    Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.

    Prior experience in the Insurance Industry preferred.

    Ability to work directly with clients in person or on the phone.

    Ability to prioritize and must be organized.

    Positive and professional demeanor

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Above average computer skills.
