We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team This is a full-time position based in our Oshawa office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

Providing excellent customer service to our customers
Responding to customer enquiries and complaints
Solving customer problems
Upselling and cross-selling products and services
Ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
2+ years of experience in customer service
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for helping others
