Your Responsibilities
  • Creation of simulation models for individual components and/or systems in the fields of plastic and metal
  • Conducting structural, electronic, fluid, and thermal simulations for development projects
  • Providing first-level support for the development department
  • Managing and overseeing external simulation projects and support requests
  • Developing and implementing product-specific and standardized simulation guidelines, starter models, and documentation templates
  • Expanding the company's internal knowledge with new simulation technologies and method development
  • Conducting trainings and further education
Your Profile
  • Completed degree in mechanical engineering, physics, mathematics, electronics, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge in structural mechanics, materials, calculation, and simulation
  • Experience with Ansys Workbench (Ansys Mechanical, LS Dyna, Optislang, etc.) and Catia V5 required
  • Basic knowledge of SAP, PLM, ECTR
  • Basic knowledge of VBA and Python
  • Independent, cooperative, and results-oriented work style
  • High level of self-initiative combined with a confident demeanor
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
