Rather, this individual must have the ability to implement ideas and operate at both a 30,000 foot view of the company and get into the granular details when appropriate.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree and
    experience in scaling serviceoriented businesses:
  • Proficiency in field service management software and
    Six Sigma methodologies:
  • Skilled in routing, zoning, and strategic territory planning
  • Expertise in financial management, including budget optimization
  • Strong leadership, communication, implementation, and analytical skills
  • Warehouse management experience is a plus

Responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing Six Sigma to enhance operations
  • Driving continuous improvement through kaizen principles
  • Managing finances, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Collaborating with owners to optimize budgets
  • Involvement in all aspects of company operations at a strategic level

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of operations experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks (PestPac experience a plus)
  • Resultsdriven with effective communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently or collaboratively
  • Demonstrated longevity in previous roles
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in software, data, and analytics
  • Resultsdriven and enjoys challenges
  • Thrives in both independent and collaborative work environments

Pay:
From $105,000.00 per year
