We're on the lookout for a dynamic Benefits Coordinator to join our US HR team, working alongside our Benefits Manager to immerse yourself in the world of benefits administration.

Here's what you'll do:

Handle new hire benefit orientation and benefit termination processes
Act as the main point of contact for health, welfare benefits, and the 401(k) plan
Resolve issues related to plan claims, eligibility, and enrollment
Maintain employee benefits files and oversee benefit election changes
Assist with compliance for all plans, including ACA and EEO reporting
Administer leave of absence policies and support employees through the process

Additional responsibilities: Assist with various HR projects when needed.

Requirements:

4+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting
BA/BS degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
