Your future responsibilities at Manderson

  • Planning maintenance and upkeep of production facilities for carbon fiber production
  • Identifying and recording maintenance and upkeep tasks for new and existing production facilities
  • Planning and executing projects to optimize facility components
  • Planning and conducting maintenance on ventilation systems
  • Managing and conducting stationary and non-stationary measurements
  • Coordinating with external engineering firms and service providers for complex construction work and projects
  • Assisting the operations management in resolving disruptions in the production process

Our expectations

  • Completed degree (FH) in mechanical engineering or equivalent, preferably with some professional experience in the field, or a completed technical apprenticeship
  • Alternatively, completed technician training in mechanical engineering with several years of relevant professional experience
  • Knowledge of project management is desirable
  • Independent, structured, quality- and goal-oriented work style
  • Strong team and communication skills, combined with high social competence
  • Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
