Job Summary

Qualifications and Skills

  • Exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of the organization, function, and role of HOAs, Condominiums, and Cooperatives
  • Knoweldge of Maryland condominium act, the Maryland homeowners association act, and all other pertinent laws
  • Innovative, problemsolving attitude
  • Detailoriented and organized
  • Effective time management skills
  • Strong business, marketing, and management sense
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Proficient with technology
  • College degree preferred
  • CMCA certification or commitment to obtain

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Oversee the day to day operations of their assigned communities
  • Prepare packages, mailings, and materials for Board meetings and annual elections
  • Prepare and send correspondence to homeowners and vendors on behalf of the Board of Directors and management
  • Handle record keeping and reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Be knowledgeable of all Association Governing Documents, Rules and Regulations and general legal requirements of a community association
  • Assist with the daily implementation of the annual budget, perform general financial management and record keeping
  • Assist with communication between community business partners
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development

Ability to Relocate:

  • Kent Island, MD: Relocate before starting work (required)
