Overview:


I am seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to be an extension of the business owner as a Personal Assistant.

This right hand person is crucial to time management, efficiency in all areas for ultimate scaling.

Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation at home and office and assist with various tasks to help manage the daily activities.


Duties:


  • Manage and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Transcribe meeting minutes and other important notes
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and sales team
  • Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
  • Shopping, errands, deliveries

Requirements:


  • Great attitude and personable
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong calendar management skills using tools like Google Calendar
  • Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Note:
This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated.


Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$ $28.14 per hour


Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (preferred)


Ability to Commute:

  • Del Mar, CA preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Del Mar, CA 92014: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Del Mar, CA 92014
