Our client, a service provider in the elevator emergency call sector, is looking for you (m/f/d) to join their existing team in the elevator emergency service in La Crescent, MN.


Responsibilities:


  • Answering calls and recording the problem and emergency address
  • Entering the emergency call into the computer system and forwarding it to the responsible service company
  • If necessary, forwarding information to the fire department
  • Checking incoming invoices from service companies

Requirements:


  • Calm demeanor
  • Customer service skills
  • Goaloriented approach
  • Ideally able to multitask, at least stressresistant
  • Experience in setting priorities
  • Team player, selfmotivated, and responsible
