Service Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Service and Repair: Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial washers, dryers, and unattended payment kiosks. Ensure that all repairs are carried out efficiently and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and safety standards. It's what we do
• Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and preventative services on washers and dryers to ensure optimal performance and extend their lifespan. This includes cleaning, lubricating, replacing wornout parts, and adjusting settings as necessary. Nothing less than what an owner would expect
• Customer and

Client Experience:

Interact with customers and clients in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information regarding the repair or maintenance process.

Offer advice and recommendations on usage, care, and maintenance to prevent future issues. Communication goes a long way

• Parts and

Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts and fasteners. Order necessary parts and equipment to ensure the availability of required resources for efficient and timely repairs and maintenance. We can't do what we do without the correct parts

• Company Vehicle: Maintain the maintenance schedule and appearance of the interior and exterior of your service vehicle. Think of it as a mobile office
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working with electrical systems and appliances. Ensure personal safety and the safety of clients' property during service calls. Your wellbeing is important
• Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

What We are Looking For:

• Valid Driver's License
• High School Diploma or equivalent; or 13 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and clients effectively.
• Strong mechanical aptitude: professional experience with mechanical repair/maintenance is preferred.
• Pass preemployment screenings.
• Must have a clean driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and will frequently work in a variety of environmental conditions (both weather and nonweather related).

Pay:
$ $27.00 per hour
