Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for visitors and callers.

This is a full-time or part time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.


Duties:


  • Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Schedule patient appointments and assist in filling out forms
  • Answer incoming calls and call doctors offices or insurances
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Skills:


  • Speaks Spanish and English
  • Experience in related administrative roles or office management
  • Excellent verbal skills
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
  • Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients, callers, and coworkers
