Purpose/Duties:


Key Result Areas:

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Work with the development team to architect, design, build and deploy new API's on Azure
  • Take ownership of systemlevel and componentlevel troubleshooting; working with all technology teams to resolve issues.
  • Help define and enforce development practices, including unit tests and code reviews.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to code quality by providing feedback to developers for technical accuracy, standards, and functional compliance to the design
  • Mentor and develop team members, provide constructive feedback on design and code quality and build an inclusive culture with high performing teams.
  • Develop and maintain reusable templates and code to automate solution delivery and deployment processes across multiple 3rd party relationships
  • Maintain architectural principals and coding standards across the code and project lifecycles.
  • Collaborate with network admins, security, and SMEs to establish and enforce DevOps standards, best practices, and procedures
  • Identify manual processes and procedures to design and implement automation solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and best practices
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in cloud technologies, evaluate and recommend new tools, services, and methodologies to improve the overall DevOps process
  • Reliably complete assigned tasks in required time frames sometimes within tight deadlines
  • Participate in critical architecture design and influence on strategic technical directions
  • Provide handson technical leadership in the development team with the same willingness to learn.
  • Assess current state of build, release, testing, integration, and deployment and provide direction on identified gaps
  • Drive the development and implementation of highly scalable and available innovative solutions, both individually and as a technical lead. Creating working proofofconcepts; recommend new technologies to ensure solution scalability, maintainability and quality
  • Work collaboratively with product owners, and other stakeholders to understand highlevel requirements and develop software architecture and design.
  • Promote and drive innovation in technologies, processes, and tools.
  • Define and monitor release pipelines to assure best practices are in place and utilized.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Proven experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, CloudFormation;
  • Expert knowledge Cl/CD tooling (e.g., GitHub, Azure DevOps, etc.) and Agile methodologies.
  • Expert knowledge with various Azure App Services and Azure Functions.
  • Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority with poise Strong background in continuous improvement, testing, and delivery.
  • 3+ years of experience developing and supporting Azure solutions using services/resources such as API Management, Functions, Event Grid, SQL, Data Factory, Key Vault, Storage Account, Cost Management, Active Directory, Defender, App Service through all phases of the software development life cycle using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in the design and development of relational databases.
  • Advanced knowledge of web technologies and protocols (HTTP, HTML, JS, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge in implementations of microservices and serviceoriented architecture.
  • Expertise with the architecture and development of business solutions.
  • Technology Stack:NET Core, ASP.NET, WebAPI, C#
  • Technical fluency; comfort discussing or diving deep on technology concepts, options and new opportunities with technical team members and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Desire to work and experiment with new technologies with a proven track record of quickly learning new technologies
  • Ability to debug, analyze and profile existing code
  • Excellent analytical, collaboration, communication, and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues and function challenges
  • Data Layer: MS SQL Server, Entity Framework, DB 2

Required Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field or applicable experience in the industry

Required Certifications:

  • Project Management
  • Agile Scrum
  • SQL Certification (Desired)
