What makes this job special

You advise our medium-sized customers on their digital transformation and act as a sparring partner for the planning and implementation of complex IT solutions based on our joint Microsoft product strategy.
You evaluate innovative solution approaches holistically from a technical, procedural and economic perspective and lead them to optimal customer use, taking into account the IT landscape and business strategy of our customers.
You are responsible for and accompany both strategic consulting areas (e.g. strategy development towards target organization and target architecture, creation of roadmaps) as well as the operational implementation of digital transformation projects with a focus on M365 Modern Workplace. In addition, you develop and support application scenarios and prototypes, conduct workshops and assessments, and support roll-outs.
You work closely with internal teams such as sales, presales, dispatching, technical consulting (workplace, data center, security) and take on responsibility for one or more customer projects, depending on your experience and qualifications.
You actively contribute your experience and expertise to the development and expansion of our service portfolio in the field of Modern Workplace. In addition, you act as a mentor for new colleagues.

You have completed a technical degree or have completed a vocational training in the IT/technical field or have several years of professional experience in IT consulting.
