Description

Jackson is looking for a Technical and Process Development Manager to work closely with the company's architecture, IT planning, and portfolio teams.

The successful candidate will serve as the liaison between delivery and cross-company frameworks and governance structures.

They will also be responsible for providing technical expertise and leading workshops with stakeholders to address various organizational and problem-solving issues.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in IT or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in creating complex SAP architectures, and knowledge of SAP solutions and architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.

They should also have a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction, excellent technical understanding, and analytical skills for end-to-end service planning.

An ITIL Foundation V3 certification is preferred, and fluency in German and good English skills are required.
