This position is part of our Pool Service Team responsible for all aspects of swimming pool equipment repair and pool maintenance related service calls.

Looking for 3 years minimum experience in the swimming pool industry, heavy in customer service skills, and willing to lead and oversee a team of in-house field technicians.

• Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
• Research and identify solutions to resolve customers' pool equipment issues.
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
• Prepare accurate and timely pool service work orders and schedule service teams to complete on site day to day service calls.
• Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes in customer profile.

• Strong problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Works closely with service tech team to establish a clear understanding of the deliverable required for upcoming service related projects.
• Ensures alignment and clear communication across departments to ensure we meet the customer's target date and exceeded expectations.
• Develop strong team collaboration skills, including coaching, mentoring and advising with team members.
• Have a strong knowledge of industry standard pool project methods, tools and techniques.
• Work closely with pool technicians and warehouse team member to ensure parts and materials are ready to keep the project on time.
