Lead Technician - Water / Fire

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate water restoration projects, ensuring all work is completed according to industry standards and company protocols.
• Lead a team of restoration technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of water damage sites, determining the appropriate restoration procedures.
• Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification using advanced equipment and techniques.
• Oversee the packing, moving, and storage of contents during restoration processes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance representatives, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Document all project activities, including photos, measurements, and detailed notes for accurate reporting.
• Manage inventory of equipment and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance of tools.
• Oversee vehicle fleet management, including maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs as necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in water restoration or related field (2 years preferred).
• IICRC certification (Water Damage Restoration Technician WRT) or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Knowledge of water damage mitigation techniques, equipment, and industry best practices.
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in fastpaced environments and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
