Are you able to take responsibility for the following goals in the field of accompanying services?

Future-oriented positioning as a service provider for counseling and coaching in the participation in work for different user groups

Conceptualization of rehabilitative accompanying processes and their documentation

for active and constructive interface design between pedagogy, production, and services

for management, efficient organization, and controlling of tasks and requirements in the areas of accompanying services, job coaching, and fleet management

for the economic viability of the department
