Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Assistant/Concierge to help open our first location in Austin, TX. As the Concierge, you will be responsible for assisting our membership patients with their clinical and administrative needs.

If you have a strong background and skill in customer service, medical process/terminology, and the executive assistant function, as well as an interest in health and wellness services, we encourage you to apply.


Duties and responsibilities:


  • Prepare relevant patient information for clinical staff to treat patients
  • Ensure patient information is properly managed in EMR system
  • Coordinate patient care between physician and clinical staff
  • Assist with appointment management and scheduling
  • Work directly with physicians to ensure clinic and patient needs are met
  • Facilitate outreach to patients to assess needs and integrate needs into care plan
  • Act as a liaison between key stakeholders (clinical staff, sales, leadership, etc.)
  • Provide exceptional, conciergelevel customer service to each patient

Requirements and qualifications:


  • Proven work experience as a Medical Assistant/Concierge or similar role
  • Organized and effective communicator
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about patient care
  • Detailoriented
  • Reliable, consistent teammate
  • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant with EMR experience preferred
  • Fulltime, expected working hour up to 40 hours per week

Work environment:


  • Inperson office or clinic
  • Standard weekday shift

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
