Your responsibilities:

Together with your team, you ensure a wellmaintained store and a successful shopping experience for our customers
Whether it's stocking and presenting merchandise, baking, or operating the cash register, you are always ready to lend a hand and give your full effort
You support the store manager by leading shifts, coordinating tasks, and implementing store concepts
Additionally, you take on tasks such as inventory management, cleaning, and organizing the store

Your profile:

Previous experience in retail or a similar industry, with (ideally) some leadership experience, such as shift management
Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for inspiring and motivating others
Fast and efficient work style
Reliability and willingness to work flexible shifts

Your benefits:

Additional €4.00 per hour for shifts with added responsibility
