Description

We are currently seeking a responsible individual to assist with data entry and provide telephone and written support to our clients in Gladewater.

This position also involves performing various administrative tasks. (No outbound calls or sales involved).

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and data entry, and possess a reliable and accurate work ethic.

This is a full-time or part-time position with salary based on qualifications and tenure with BSD. Working hours are flexible, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of weekend work. Initially, the position will be on-site, but there is potential for remote work in the future. New employees will receive training from existing staff to ensure the highest quality of service. After approximately 8-10 weeks of on-site work, there is the option for 3-4 days of remote work per week.
