Description
The District Manager will be responsible for executing company initiatives in designated locations.

They will be responsible for managing a strategic company plan to deliver same-store sales growth, improve the guest experience, and instill a culture of positivity and growth.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Manage weekly schedule approval for all stores
  • Approve all manager time off requests and ensure store coverage at all times
  • Maintain proper store inventory levels based on assigned pars
  • Facilitate GM one on ones with every GM once a month
  • Ensure all stores are visited biweekly at a minimum
  • Facilitate store evaluations monthly
  • Ensure all stores are following Swig's policies and procedures
  • Supervise all store financials and develop strategies to improve food and labor costs
  • Input sales data for reports
  • Train and motivate GM's
  • Promote and execute Swig comprehensive initiatives with GMs
  • Assist management teams in ensuring staff levels are adequate across all locations
  • Provide weekly goals and objectives before starting the week
  • Assist with any other need involved with daytoday operations as required by upper management
