Description
The District Manager will be responsible for executing company initiatives in designated locations.They will be responsible for managing a strategic company plan to deliver same-store sales growth, improve the guest experience, and instill a culture of positivity and growth.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage weekly schedule approval for all stores
- Approve all manager time off requests and ensure store coverage at all times
- Maintain proper store inventory levels based on assigned pars
- Facilitate GM one on ones with every GM once a month
- Ensure all stores are visited biweekly at a minimum
- Facilitate store evaluations monthly
- Ensure all stores are following Swig's policies and procedures
- Supervise all store financials and develop strategies to improve food and labor costs
- Input sales data for reports
- Train and motivate GM's
- Promote and execute Swig comprehensive initiatives with GMs
- Assist management teams in ensuring staff levels are adequate across all locations
- Provide weekly goals and objectives before starting the week
- Assist with any other need involved with daytoday operations as required by upper management
