Our team at the business office is looking for a Human Resources Officer (m/f/d) to join us on a part-time basis of 30 hours per week.

We, Horizonte, are a non-profit organization providing Catholic day care services for children in the Krefeld/Meerbusch and Kempen/Viersen regions. With around 450 employees in 28 day care centers and family centers, we are a growing organization. Join our team at the business office and be a part of a motivated, innovative, and growing company. Our daily work is characterized by individual responsibility, short decision-making processes, and flat hierarchies.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Determining personnel needs in accordance with the guidelines of KiBiz
  • Managing all aspects of personnel operations, from hiring to termination
  • Conducting performance evaluations and providing support for employee development
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Maintaining accurate personnel records and managing employee data
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Participating in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Providing support and guidance to managers and employees on HRrelated matters.
